Meyer Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

Meyer lemons give this a subtle floral flavor. This is perfect on Lemon Cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces (85 grams) cream cheese softened
  • 1½-2 cups powdered sugar or as much as needed for desired thickness - I usually use around 215 grams
  • 2 teaspoons Meyer lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Meyer lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add juice and zest. Beat together until smooth.
