Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting
Excellent on Pineapple Cupcakes! This recipe makes enough for a light coating on 12 cupcakes.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese _softened
- 190 grams powdered sugar
- 30 grams freeze-dried pineapple powder
- ½ teaspoon pineapple extract
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer, adding more powdered sugar to make it thicker if necessary. Chill, but pull out about an hour before serving and leave out at room temperature to warm up a bit; otherwise it will be impossible to spread.
